How I work

I bring two decades of professional development to a project, plus a production line I built for my own products:

  • Your intent first becomes a plan with goals, boundaries and acceptance criteria. Code comes after that.
  • Work happens in small steps. Different AI models cross-check every step, and tests decide what gets merged.
  • You receive a pull request with evidence: verified acceptance criteria, green CI, the review findings and the known residual risks.

A feature in your codebase, a refactoring or a first product from an idea: from the first question to acceptance, you deal with me directly.

About me

I hold a German diploma in computer science (Dipl.-Inf. (FH)) from Hochschule Bremen, with a focus on software architecture and artificial intelligence. My diploma thesis was a framework for poker agents.

While studying I ran Linux web and mail servers and built applications in Perl, Python, PHP and Ruby on Rails. After that came JavaEE systems at Miditec Datensysteme GmbH and e-commerce with the hybris framework at team neusta in Bremen.

In 2013 I founded aimie GmbH: a virtual music teacher platform in Qt, C++ and JavaEE, supported by the BRUT entrepreneurship programme. That is where I learned to think product, technology and business together.

As a freelancer at the BITZ Technology Park in Bremen I built, among other things, motor control software for a racing simulation platform and software for therapeutic hearing training. From 2019 to 2025 I worked at ujam Music Technology GmbH: components of a music creation SDK, virtual instruments with audio processing in C++ and an Electron desktop application, each with its CI/CD pipelines.

Since November 2025 I have been running BeyondWega UG in Lilienthal. That is where the Agentic Factory was built, and with it our own products, such as the fishing app Fang!, HomepageLotse and gantt400. This page is a HomepageLotse page, too.

Agentic Factory

AI production line for software · BeyondWega · since 2025

The Agentic Factory delivers software work, from a change to existing code to an MVP built from an idea. An intent becomes a machine-readable plan; building happens in small steps through fixed checkpoints.

No model reviews its own work: every step passes a quality scan, several review rounds by different models and an integration architect. Every acceptance comes with an evidence package.

BeyondWega

BeyondWega develops and runs its own software products and builds software for clients. All products come out of the Agentic Factory.

Live are the fishing app Fang! for iOS and Android, HomepageLotse for small businesses and the planning tool gantt400. The analytics platform faktor400 is about to launch, the browser game looplocks is in beta.

We build and run a business's website. The owner changes it by speaking or typing the request in the app or on a computer, and sees a preview before approving it.

The voice assistant only proposes. A fixed check without AI defines which fields it may change and rejects any change to other fields.

A platform that listens while you learn an instrument and gives feedback, built in Qt, C++ and JavaEE.

Responsible for product strategy, business development and the full development cycle; participant in the BRUT entrepreneurship programme.

Motor control for a racing simulation

Freelance, BITZ Technology Park Bremen · 2018–2019

Control software for the motion platform of a racing simulation with C#, .NET and JavaScript.

In the same period: software for therapeutic hearing training (Qt, C++, JavaEE) and management software for audio interfaces.
